We are pleased to share news about our pension fund.

Our investment assets achieved good results in 2025. The performance as of 31 December 2025 was 8.3%. Equities, which account for around 43% of total investments, contributed significantly to this positive performance. The total assets of our pension fund currently amount to around CHF 901 million. In light of this encouraging investment result, the Board of Trustees has decided to credit 4.7% interest to retirement savings for the year 2025. Insured persons benefit from attractive interest rates as a result.

The estimated coverage ratio is expected to be around 120% (+/- 1%) after interest at the end of the year Our pension fund is in a solid financial position.
