On leaving the scheme you will receive a form from your employer, you need to complete and sign this, before sending it to the Bayer Pensionskasse Schweiz. Should no such form be received within 6 months of the insuree’s leaving, the Bayer Pensionskasse Schweiz will transfer automatically the vested benefits to the Stiftung Auffangeinrichtung BVG.
