Please communicate your retirement to us no later than one month before the actual retirement date.  Please note that a lump-sum capital payment can only be made instead of a monthly pension if you have submitted a corresponding request at least three months in advance of your retirement date. In the case of married insurees, this request must also be signed by your spouse, whose signature must be duly notarized.
