As a working insuree of the Bayer Pensionskasse Schweiz, you can decide upon joining the fund – and with effect from every 1 April thereafter – which of the two savings plans you wish to pursue: the "Standard" plan, or the "Standard Plus" plan. The employer's contributions are the same for both plan types. Unless you instruct us otherwise in writing, you will be automatically placed in the "Standard" plan. You may subsequently change your savings plan with effect from 1 April of any calendar year, provided you inform your employer of such intention at least by March 31, of the year concerned.
